Researchers at Northwestern University are conducting a study on how people who are blind or visually impaired perform collaborative writing and editing with other sighted and/or blind collaborators. We are recruiting screen reader users who are age 18 or over, have a vision impairment, and perform collaborative writing or editing activities using applications like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Eligible participants are invited to take part in an audio-recorded phone or Skype interview to help us understand how to improve collaborative writing tools for screen reader users. The interview will last roughly 30 minutes but no more than 60 minutes. Participants will be compensated for their time with a $30 Amazon or Visa gift card at the end of the interview.

If you are interested in participating, please email at maitraye@u.northwestern.edu or call (847) 467-3760. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
